What is
Vedic Meditation?
Vedic meditation is an ancient practice, over 5,000 years old. It is renowned for being remarkably easy to practice and integrate into daily life. It is not a technique of concentration, control, or exertion.
By using a personalized mantra or sound, we consciously experience the deepest states of our own mind. This allows us to reach profoundly deep states of physical and mental rest that release stress, emotions, and toxins from the body in the most natural and efficient way.
By undergoing this purification, we cleanse and free ourselves from everything that has limited, stressed, unbalanced, and sickened us, allowing us to experience inner happiness, fulfillment, health, and to fully enjoy life.
This meditation is learned from a specialized teacher. In the basic Vedic meditation course, you receive your personalized mantra and learn how to use it properly to become completely self-sufficient in your meditation and to be able to practice daily for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon.
This allows us to be independent and consistent in our meditation so that we can see and experience the real and sustainable changes that daily meditation gives us.

Benefits
When people ask me how meditation will help them, the answer is,
Who's asking?
Throughout our lives, we experience situations and emotions that disrupt our natural balance, causing us to accumulate stress, emotions, and toxins in our bodies. This buildup of stress affects every area of our lives. It impacts our health, leading to cardiovascular issues, disrupts our sleep, causing insomnia, impairs our digestion, hinders the reproduction of healthy cells, and much more. These trapped emotions also limit our mental capacity and our ability to truly experience happiness and fulfillment in a genuine and sustainable way.
The main benefit of meditation is experiencing real happiness and being more present to fully enjoy life.
By releasing stress and pent-up emotions, everything in our lives falls into balance. We sleep better, get sick less often, our personal relationships become healthier, and we simply become happier people. We also become more efficient, creative, and adaptable to life's demands, and we discover that life doesn't always have to be so difficult.

Isabel teaches Vedic Meditation and was trained to teach this form of meditation by Thom Knoles, who continues to teach Vedic Meditation. Thom was trained as a Transcendental Meditation (“TM”) teacher by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (“Maharishi”) and taught it for over 25 years with Maharishi-affiliated organizations. Since 1997, Thom has continued to teach meditation in the same way he learned it from Maharishi, independently and separately from Transcendental Meditation organizations. The meditation that Thom Knoles taught for over 25 years with TM and “Transcendental Meditation” organizations has been the subject of hundreds of scientific studies showing a wide range of benefits when practiced regularly. These studies, which refer to this form of meditation as “Transcendental Meditation” or “TM,” support the benefits of consistent and regular practice of Vedic Meditation, which we discussed above.
