Vedic Meditation

Vedic meditation is an ancient practice, over 5,000 years old. It is renowned for being remarkably easy to practice and integrate into daily life. It is not a technique of concentration, control, or exertion.

In Vedic meditation, you receive a personalized mantra that allows you to experience the deep states of your own mind to heal and release the emotions and stresses we have accumulated over the years. In this course, you learn to be completely self-sufficient in your practice, meditating daily for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon, and experiencing all the benefits of independent daily meditation.

“With this technique I found a new feeling in my life: Enjoying being myself.”

- ALBERTO

A little about me…

I am Isabel Keoseyan, the first Vedic Meditation teacher in Mexico.

In 2011, while living in Los Angeles, California, I learned Vedic Meditation, and it changed my life in all the right ways. Years later, working in the corporate and media world, I realized I wanted to teach others what had helped me so much.

After an intensive year of study, in 2017 I went to an ashram in northern India, where I completed a 12-week intensive training program to become a Vedic Meditation teacher. This training was conducted under the tutelage of Maharishi Vyasananda Saraswati, also known as Thom Knoles, the world's foremost Vedic Meditation teacher. I was certified as a teacher in the tradition of Shri Shri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Giri, the highest authority on Vedic knowledge in India.

In 2020, along with one of my colleagues, we founded Meditation Without Borders , a non-profit organization designed to bring Vedic meditation to areas of greatest need around the world. We have taught meditation in places ranging from breast cancer centers in Mexico to rural women who have suffered domestic abuse in Rwanda.

As part of this project, we also have a podcast called Being the Change where we share more of our mission and spiritual knowledge.

Today, I teach Vedic Meditation in Spanish and English to continue growing the community of meditators in Mexico and around the world.

It is the greatest honor of my life to be able to teach others what has helped me so much.
