
Group Meditation
Once you take the basic Vedic Meditation course, you can join the group meditations via Zoom.
These meditations are completely free and are part of the support offered to all students after they graduate from their course. It's a wonderful opportunity to meditate with others, validate and inspire our practice, share our experiences, and ask any questions we may have about meditation or our spiritual path.
Group meditations are every Monday at 6pm via Zoom and once a month there are in-person group meditations on Sundays at 10am.
Advanced Techniques
Once you've been meditating consistently for at least a year, it's recommended to learn an advanced technique. These techniques are designed to revolutionize your practice both within and outside of meditation.
In this course, you will receive either a more advanced version of your mantra or a new way to use it. This will help us become more advanced meditators and continue to experience the benefits of our practice more effectively.
This course is taught in 2 sessions of 90 minutes.


Exploring the Veda
This is a six-level course created by my teacher, Thom Knoles. We explore in great detail the knowledge from which this meditation tradition originates. We delve into topics ranging from the creation of the universe and the Big Bang, to time and space, love, and much more, to truly deepen our understanding of how the dynamics and laws of the universe and nature work.
In these courses, we also learn techniques with both eyes open and closed. The knowledge we gain allows us to refine our consciousness to understand our true role in life and how to put our spiritual development into action. This enables us to live fuller, more harmonious lives.
Mastering the Siddhis
This course was created by my teacher Thom Knoles, to have a transformative experience where you learn the Yoga Sutras of Maharishi Patanjali in the way Patanjali designed it, through direct experience of the sutras.
You will learn advanced techniques from the Vedic tradition, the sutras and their meanings in Sanskrit, how to use them appropriately, the mechanics of conscious interactions, and how to become an expert in the laws of nature.
